My order contains multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
Reply: When customers buy multiple items, many times we use different distribution channels to complete the order. Therefore, your items will be shipped separately. You may receive one before the next. If you don’t receive all of your orders in one shipment, don’t worry; we will contact you as soon as possible.
Help! I ordered the product but did not receive a confirmation email.
Reply: There are many online email providers with very high spam filters. Please check your SPAM folder to see if it is there.
My product hasn’t arrived yet …
Reply: 90% of the products currently are in stock. Usually, the goods can reach your area within 10-15 days, but it is also possible that the customs will increase the time when processing the package. During this COVID-19, the transit time from all carriers has been rescheduled to take account of any unforeseeable delays due to overwhelming shipload. But we can assure you that your order is processed right after the order is placed at our warehouse. Once your items are cleared at custom, they are straight for delivery to your address through your local carriers. You should be able to view this information using the tracking information we provide. We guarantee delivery of our items,
I want to return it. What is your refund and redemption policy?
Reply: If you have a problem with your order (defective or incorrect items, etc.), please return it to us in its original entirety within 14 days of receiving the order. We will be happy to refund or replace for you. Please contact us before sending it back.
Please note: Some of our products are shipped directly from overseas manufacturers and will be shipped with USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx or China Post. For such items and orders, please wait 3 to 6 weeks for replacement.

What is your delivery policy and delivery time?
Reply: All our regular orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. The delivery time frame may vary with the item ordered and your delivery address. For items in replenishment, please wait 3-6 weeks for delivery time as they are usually in high demand. Generally, buyers with delivery address in the United States can receive the items within 15 days
Does your product have a warranty?
Reply: We do not have warranty for products that exceed the return / exchange period, which is 90 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this warranty period, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for details.
